At Press Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every cup, but due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the unused item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

After we inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
